We are a collective group of runners based out of Huntersville, NC. With experience at distances from 5k to 100 miles, we've learned from training do's and don'ts, how to safely increase mileage, and how to come back from injury. Our group includes sport-specific doctors, coaches, and athletic trainers that share a passion for running and seek to make this information readily available to help you improve.
Former collegiate athlete, Seth found his way to running after an accident in the gym. Four years later, with marathons and an ultramarathon under his belt, he seeks to bring the running community together through this all-encompassing platform.
"The running community welcomed me with opened arms. To be able to help new runners smoothly transition to longer distances brings me great joy."
