Forward Motion is dedicated to our next generation of athletes, focusing on middle and high school. Strength conditioning specifically for running makes sure the athlete is as strong as possible: this translates to faster and more comfortable.

FXMC ensures conditioning to keep the athlete in shape, even in the off-season. Attention is paid to proper run and strength form with an emphasis on efficiency. The mental component of competition and day-to-day training is also addressed, making sure that the complete well-being of the athlete is the focus.

Whether you run a little or a lot, in a group or solo, on road or on trail, in races or not, and definitely no matter what that pace ever says, you are a runner. If you want to take it another step further, this is the place.

"I was in a running slump for about 8 months. I tried many different training schedules-- none of which got me back into the groove of running. Eventually, I started working with Lisa and finally enjoyed running again. She created a personalized training schedule for me and strength workouts to prevent injury. When we met on the track, Lisa coached me on my form and showed me exercises to strengthen my legs. After one short month, I love to run again!"
