This pace chart was designed to be used as a supplement for training. All paces may vary based on environmental and nutritional fluctuations and running experience. This chart, designed by Amy Burfoot, provides general guidelines to follow, build, and structure a training cycle including estimates of paces to complete easy & long runs, marathon & half marathon efforts, tempo, and long & short interval sessions.
